Satanic Temple Revival in Baltimore Sparks Protests
A Satanic Temple event in Baltimore has drawn both organized participation and strong Christian protest.
BALTIMORE, MD — The Satanic Temple (TST) has launched a two-day “Satanic Revival” event in Baltimore, prompting organized opposition from several Christian groups.
The gathering, held May 1–2 at the Mobtown Ballroom, is described by organizers as their first national event since SatanCon 2023. TST says the revival is focused on community engagement, reflecting on past achievements, and building momentum for future initiatives, with musical performances and presentations by co-founder Lucien Greaves and others.
The official schedule features presentations on the “path to Satanic ministry,” a “Ceremony of Infernal Pride” to honor “Satanic Good Works,” a drag show, “Satanism and the Trans Experience,” “Sinful Testimonies” from the “Satanic Pulpit,” the “Study of Satanic Religion,” and more.
In response, Christian organizations have urged protests and outreach to the venue, expressing strong objections. Some groups cite previous activism against similar events and are encouraging continued public opposition.
Previously, the UOJ reported that a Satanist claimed Zelensky had enabled a ritual near Kyiv Pechersk Lavra.
